CRN starts constructing a new ship

A new ship, CRN 126, marks the success of the CRN, which today has 5 vessels ranging in length from 177 to 236 ft. simultaneously under construction.

The first pieces of sheet metal were recently cut for this new 193 ft. mega-yacht, further proof of the successful working relationship between the Zuccon International Project form and the technical staff of the CRN.

Production activities also continue at full pace on the CRN’s 177, 187, 196 and 236 ft. projects, scheduled to be launched over the next three years.

Hull number 126 of the shipyard in the Marches was created using the nautical platform of the 177 ft. “Ability”, extended 16.40 ft. in the stern and with a bow design, as part of this fully customized project, modified to be more streamlined and racy.

Scheduled for delivery in 2009, the vessel was designed through an attentive analysis of the wishes of the owner, who wanted an external layout with impressive volumes, but without sacrificing close contact with the sea.

With this in mind, a completely innovative area was created on the stern portion of the lower deck, designed to serve as a “beach club”. In fact, the stern hatch turns itself into a large bathing platform hanging just above the water, equipped with comfortable chaise lounges and usable as a solarium. Behind this area is a large internal space meant for absolute relaxation on the part of guests, who can enjoy the sea up-close on comfortable sofas placed in the shade.

The interior of the 193 ft. vessel can easily accommodate 12 guests in six cabins, plus 14 crew members.

The distinctive feature of this vessel is the terrace of the owner’s suite, made from a platform that lowers itself over the sea, thanks to the use of a hatch that opens to a 90-degree angle and is outfitted as a balcony. A strong point of the CRN mega-yachts, the terrace is one of the customized features most frequently requested by owners: an innovation that has already become a tradition. A success achieved through attentive technical studies, combined with a striving for heights of luxury that never prove unattainable.
