Chevrolet Cup at Seafair held this weekend in Seattle was an amazing hydroplane race won by Steve David of the Oh Boy! Oberto team with an average speed over 136 mph. David declared after the race: “This was an emotional weekend for the entire team. This team worked so hard and they gave me a little pep talk before I went out there and I think it all worked.”

The first leg of the 2007 Solitaire Afflelou Le Figaro finished at Crosshaven. Today begun the second stage of the competition, a 344 miles race from Crosshaven to Brest.
Thierry Duprey du Vorsent, at the helm of Domaine du Mont d’Arbois, crossed the finish line of the first leg of the Solitaire Afflelou Le Figaro at Crosshaven in 24th position, in a time of 12 hr 08 min 22 sec. Thierry also finished fourth among the 14 rookies in the race.
