Setting yet another high standard, Formula has combined the 260 SS with the luxury expected and the practicality that a day boater needs and wants. The 260 SS measures 28 ft. with an 8 ft.& 6inches beam. The sleek, 22º deep-V hull reflects Formula’s eminent performance heritage.
The Formula lid opens and lifts smoothly and easily. That standard holds true for every seat, every hatch and every bolster. If they don’t fit perfectly, company president Scott Porter demands they be thrown out. It’s costly for a boat builder to be demanding, but that makes the 260 Sun Sport so impressive.

Access steps to the cabin are made of hard rubber that won’t get trashed in a weekend. This is one of the few 26 feet boats with a forward cabin that actually feels livable. Instead of vinyl, Ultra-leather is used. Stereo speakers are hidden behind stylish curtains, and an optional Sony DVD player and LCD screen pulls down from the upholstered bow deck.
