BMW 5-Series by AC Schnitzer

AC Scnitzer never seems to run out of ideas for fine-tuning BMWs with the announcement of their plans for a tuning package for the new BMW 5-Series . In addition to showing a glimpse of what could possibly be the tuner’s first sets of wheels and tires for the 5-Series, AC Schnitzer is also working on a bevy of performance upgrades, exhaust systems, suspension solutions, aerodynamic components and accessories for the 5-Series’ interior.

For now, though, the tuner is only offering Type IV 19-inch or 20-inch wheels, in BiColor or Silver color and 20" Type V lightweight forged wheels.

Press release after the jump.

Press release

The new BMW 5-series saloon, model F10, has arrived! We’ve been eagerly awaiting the 6th generation of the 5-series for some time, and are delighted to welcome it finally into the BMW family.

BMW 5-Series by AC Schnitzer

Even before its official launch, the new BMW 5-series created rather a furore: with the longest wheelbase in its class, a long bonnet, short overhangs and a coupé-like roof line, it is about to be catapulted to the top of its segment. The 5-series by AC Schnitzer is already in our development department. Our engineers, designers and technicians are working flat out on an extensive product range comprising performance upgrades, exhaust systems, suspension solutions, aerodynamic components and accessories for the interior. We’ll keep you informed!

Various wheel and tyre combinations are already available in 19 and 20 inch, which we are pleased to present.

BMW offers only luxury and standard and formal car. Their concept doesn’t have anything to render a new concept nor creative thinking for what’s trendy and younger.

This disgusted. Not for the right reason, though. For the first time, just at a glance, the proportions looked right. Then I remembered that it’s a giant fatty, not a little 1-series-sized hatchback. Still, the fact that I even considered this attractive for an instant makes me think I’ll have to off myself.

I wonder if it reaches the middle east. Will they used it also as a drift car?

I don’t care if it’s bold and looks heavy, the fact that it is BMW is enough for me.

Nice lines from the rear bumper to the skirt, although I don’t think that I would be that impressed with the front kit. Just seems ordinary and too plain. Anyways, I wonder what they have done for the interior of this car as I see a good package if it has great accessories for the interior aside from the performance upgrades.

I guess this is the new flag carrier of BMW, it looks bold and quite heavy. I think v8 engine is not enough her good thing that beamer decided to load it with a v12 engine.
