Currently in its fourth generation, the Acura TL hasn’t changed its appearance too much over the years, but as one of Acura’s best selling models, making unnecessary changes wouldn’t exactly be the smartest thing. Acura TL

The Acura TL takes on models like the Lexus ES 350 and the Infiniti G37 sedan .

The Lexus ES 350 is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 mated to a six-speed automatic Electronically Controlled Transmission with intelligence (ECT-i). This engine setup produces 268 HP at 6,200 rpm and 248 lb.-ft. peak torque at 4,700 rpm, which is nipping right at the heels of the Acura.

The Infiniti G37 is powered by a 3.7 Liter VVEL V6 engine that delivers 328 HP and 269 lb-ft of torque and is mated to either a seven speed automatic transmission or a six speed manual. This model blows right by the Acura and the Lexus in terms of speed and even has more of a sporty look to boot.

Unless Acura decides to shoot up the price of the TL (the 2011 model starts at about $35K), pricing for the three models is strikingly similar, so the decision between these three models is left to personal preference. If speed is the only name of your game, then the Infiniti speaks your kind of language.

Acura TL
  • Fresh look
  • New Transmission
  • Revised interior
  • Looks aren’t as impressive as its competitors
  • There are much more powerful models out there

It truly looks so classy on its exterior body paint in spite of having only a simple detailing. Well, I hope either that it also had an impressive and comfortable interior feature.

I still love the exclusivity and practicality of this Acura TL, and it doesn’t really matter if it only looks so simple and ordinary on its platform. Anyway, the engine of it is quite impressive on it.

I can’t see anything wrong on this Acura TL. Well, guys it is maybe on its simple and very common detailing and styling, but it is still so practical to use in everyday transportation.

Well, if I’m going to compare it to its competitor, I must say that it wouldn’t be stood out, because aside from the fact that it is only had a simple detailing, it only had also a less engine output.

In spite of having only a simple styling and even detailing, I’m still impressed with this one, for the fact that it is so practical to use on everyday transportation. Furthermore, I love the revision of its interior.

It looked very similar to the Acura TSX though they differ in some features, but this black version appeared more aggressive than to what I expect. Well, this fourth generation exactly the car that truly refined and seems a luxury.

Acura TL was still very impressive despite of having a simple platform and ordinary detailing, and I have to agree with them that if only they include some interior pictures of it, so that we can comment on it either.

V6 engine that can only deliver 305 horsepower is quite a disappointing but I think its just suited on this sedan car. Furthermore, as for the exterior appearance of this one, I must say that its quite impressive and looking great on its boyish body paint.

This car is very good looking to me. But i think it could’ve use some more horsepower for the awd version.

Case to case basis, there are some cars which is build in a more powerful and customized technology such this Acura TL, highly made and exactly have the smartest thing on it. For me it has the advantage unto its competitors.

As for the looks among its competitor, I must say that I would still prepare the appearance of this Acura TL than them. I love the fresh look of this car, and the revision that they made on its interior.

Well if I compare this to its competitors, it still has an advantage though that’s not enough to be leading on the market. Hope to see more version of this model. Making it more different and put some twist.

Acura TL is an one-of-a-kind car in the market. It has an original appearance that no one can simulate. I have no doubt of the aggressiveness of this car.

The looks of Acura TL is not impressive as its competitors and there are much more powerful models out there.

he updated TL’s cabin looks nearly the same as the 2011. The only changes of it is that you won’t find direct injection or a turbocharger in the lineup, but you will experience one sweet-sounding growl once the push-button start is pressed.

Not bad for a 305 HP, fuel saver technology, and a new interior- nothing to worry about.

The new transmission is impressive but I’m not really into its exterior styling, so simple and common for a concept cars. I’m curious on its interior.

Surely, this TL is really a good looking car and it seems that it is a very classy and sophisticated because on its car lines.

Acura TL didn’t really had the looks of a luxurious car rather it looks classy because of its metallic paint that they used. I’m impressed either with the revision of its interior, very interesting indeed!

I love the fresh look of this Acura TL, it looks better than the previous one and the revised interior is really impressive even with the new transmission sounds really good. Still, the looks are not as impressive as its competitor.
