Acura TL

The Acura TL takes on models like the Lexus ES 350 and the Infiniti G37 sedan .

The Lexus ES 350 is powered by a 3.5-liter V6 mated to a six-speed automatic Electronically Controlled Transmission with intelligence (ECT-i). This engine setup produces 268 HP at 6,200 rpm and 248 lb.-ft. peak torque at 4,700 rpm, which is nipping right at the heels of the Acura.

The Infiniti G37 is powered by a 3.7 Liter VVEL V6 engine that delivers 328 HP and 269 lb-ft of torque and is mated to either a seven speed automatic transmission or a six speed manual. This model blows right by the Acura and the Lexus in terms of speed and even has more of a sporty look to boot.

Unless Acura decides to shoot up the price of the TL (the 2011 model starts at about $35K), pricing for the three models is strikingly similar, so the decision between these three models is left to personal preference. If speed is the only name of your game, then the Infiniti speaks your kind of language.

Acura TL

  • Looks aren’t as impressive as its competitors
  • There are much more powerful models out there

This Acura TL has the looks. It is aggressive yet cool. The price is also impressive. People will envy you with this kind of car. I will give two thumbs up for this one.

The sophisticated look of this car is so impressive. It’s a nice decision to give a fresh look. All car lovers would surely want to have a baby like this one.

It’s quite amazing Acura TL will go on sale starting price of $35,605 . I cannot wait to get one for me. BTW, I was impressed with the aesthetics of this car!

The Acura midsize-luxury seems to be a decent appealing looks,Yet very aggressive one. A revised interior, and a host of technology upgrades, this new innovative brings your head rise up with its higher standard quality performances.

Well, Acura TL is totally impressive, Based on its sophisticated fresh looks with a new transmission design on it and revised interior. So this models brings a lot of improvement that also produce a high engine density.

Indeed this looks like a Accord, the main difference is that the accord is wider and much-much cooler. This Acura looks like a poor chinese replica.

I’m guessing the designers are out of imagination since this one looks terribly similar to the Honda Accord!

I’m noticing that Acura did not change the rims on the SH-AWD model and also changed the quad outlet exhaust to a dual outlet. Although the rims still look good it would have been nice to update them with the styling and the quad outlets were more befitting of the higher performance AWD model.

Trunk looks the same and the grille is both bland and ugly at the same time, removing some of the angularity and the into-the-hood trim and increases, but still leaving 90% of what .
