The Dutch owned and U.K. operated super car builder Ascari built the street legal A10 sports car based on the manufacturer’s KZ1-R GT racecar. Powered by a 5.0 Liter V8 sourced from a BMW M5 and tuned to produce a maximum output of 625 HP and 413 lb-ft of torque, the 1,200 kg A10 is able to accelerate from 0 to 60 MPH in 2.8 seconds, go from 0 to 100 MPH in 5.8 seconds, run the quarter mile in 10.8 seconds at 138 MPH, and reach a top speed of 220 MPH.
It seems that this was the "Jeremy Clarkson driving cool car" week-end. After the Gallardo vs. Ferrari F430 yesterday, today we present you Jeremy Clarkson behind the wheel of the Ascari A10.
The Ascari A10 is powered by a V8 engine with a maximum power of 625 hp. It makes the 0 to 60 mph sprint in 2.8 seconds and hits a top speed of 220 mph.
