After seven years of successful history, the Aston Martin DB9 has received a complete package of styling, engineering, and equipment enhancements. Prices in the UK will begin at £122,445 ($182,775) for the Coupe and £131,445 ($196,000) for the Volante. On the exterior the biggest change is a new bumper with a re-shaped lower intake featuring hexagonal mesh to compliment the new bright finish radiator grille. The DB9 also gets a more prominent ‘hockey stick’ curve ahead of the rear wheels, silver brake calipers, 20-spoke diamond turned alloy wheels as standard, together with new design option wheels and a bright finish grille. Under the hood there is a 6.0-liter V12 engine delivering an unchanged 470bhp and 442lb ft of torque and mated to a choice of six-speed ‘Touchtronic’ paddle-shift automatic or six-speed H-pattern manual transmission. The sprint from 0 to 60 mph is made in just 4.6 seconds and top speed goes up to 190 mph. Also the DB9’s passive damping system has been replaced by a new Adaptive Damping System (ADS), which offers enhanced ride comfort together with sharper handling when switched to Sport mode. It looks very decent on its neat body paint! Moreover, I still find it oozing with angst in spite of having only a simple abstract design. It’s a good thing as well that it has a powerful and efficient engine.
Yeah! I have to agree with that. It really looks so admiring on its very neat appearance and exclusivity, but I find out that there are still more powerful convertible vehicles out there like Chevrolet.
This vehicle is truly so admiring and very attractive on its refinement! Well, this one really has a complete package for a luxury sports sedan for it also have an impressive engine.
I carefully read and understands its new refinement. I really admired how it perfectly designed for sporting tourer. Just keep on making improvements!
I’m not impressed with its recent facelift, maybe am just expecting too much. I am not a big fan of its rear, kinda weird and too extreme.
What ever gives those idiots the idea that they need to "improve" the most gorgeous cars on the planet?
This long coupe is one of the most elegant cars that contain the best interiors when you by it even without upgrades.
