2011 Aston Martin V8 Vantage Blanc de Blancs by Graf Weckerle

Drinking a glass of fine wine with dinner is something a lot of people do when they want to unwind from a long, hard day, but when these same people want to celebrate something momentous, they bring out the Blanc de Blancs champagne. The same can be said of a great automobile. Sure you can drive around in a Mercedes on a daily basis, but for those special evenings, an Aston Martin V8 Vantage is the way to go. Bringing together these two ideas is Graf Weckerle who has designed a package for the V8 Vantage that gets its one-of-a-kind design from the most refreshing champagne produced.

The car’s interior and exterior are styled based on the white, green, and gold details on the Blanc de Blancs champagne bottle and look sensational on the sports car. The 21" wheels, however, leave much to be desired. Made of 180 titanium and aluminum parts, these "unique" wheels take up to 20 days to build. If it were up to us, we’d let them stay a little longer. No offense to the Graf Weckerle logo, which is what the wheels are styled after, but we can think of hundreds of other options that would have looked much better on this beautiful vehicle. But hey, at least the interior sparkles with 24 karat components.

In addition to the beautiful - and not so beautiful - stylings of the Aston Martin, Graf Weckerle have also tuned the standard 426hp 4.7 Liter V8 engine to deliver an improved 470hp.

Not a fan of the V8 Vantage? Graf Weckerle can also mount this package on an Aston Martin DBS and a Ferrari 599 GTB . Plans for adding it to the Ferrari 458 Italia are also in the works.

Huh? Wheel trims ? Do they spin wheel? I never seen a company that attempt to make an alloy rims then make it a wheel cover! Those rims are night mare.

There is much body flex on rough roads. The car is beautiful and the fit and finish is almost as good as a mass produced car. For a 6 liter V12 450 horsepower is not very much for today’s cars at this price.

I have a 07 DB9 convertible which is in the shop more than anything else. Many of the seat parts and dash which seemed to be Velcro on which fall off in the Arizona heat.

Great!! I like the image of this car,its clean and pure appearance that really suitable for wedding..I prefer to buy with it..when can i have one?

The qualifiers would not fail to salute the association between Aston Martin and the preparer of the Netherlands Graf Weckerle. Everything would be sufficient and even almost perfect if only those wheels.

what do they mean by The wheels themselves have been handmade? As in molded by hands? Or sort of idiomatic expression.

Besides the beautiful – and not so nice – the styling of 2011 Aston Martin V8 Vantage Blanc de Blancs by Graf Weckerle also match the standard 426hp 4.7-liter 470hp V8 engine better offer.

Graf Weckerle is a company made by young businessmen and specializes in modifying high-end cars, in a very special way! Their previous works include Aston Martin DBS and Ferrari 599 GTB.

This car is all about style and personality, but to for that little extra something they have also tuned the engine up to 470 hp.

The wheels themselves have been handmade, taking 20 days and using 180 different components in aluminium and titanium. Technical modifications include a powerstep for the 4.7-litre engine up to 470 hp (an increase of 50 hp) but no further details, including price, are available at this stage.

In the historic Aston colors of champagne, green and gold, the tuners have added a set of fleur-de-lis design, 21-inch wheels in white, 24-carat gold interior finishes, and velvet and leather upholstery with contrasting stitching.

really? Well I bet you really have some interest in watching the segment. But it looks interesting on the commercials.

I see that there is a new spoiler out back but NO rear wing! Are rear wings not allowed in GT4 because I have yet to hear a driver complain about too much down force?

The V12 Vantage is a tarted and stiffened up version of the gorgeous V8 Vantage which has been fitted with 6.0 liter V12 engine of the DBS.

well actually I’m not that impressed with the Vantage V8.. the fun and power is not that good specially when on full throttle.. better if graf weckerle used a vantage v12 for his art.
