I’ve seen lots of Mercedes with hood ornaments, specially those which don’t have the big 3-pointed star on the grille to be more precise. And I thought the retractable one on the Rolls Royce did just that to avoid being stolen.

Very True. Lamborghini is also owned by VAG. Have you ever seen the interior of the Gallardo? It shares things from the same parts bin as the common Audi. Even the door chime is exactly the same. On the bright side, at least you could feel special if you own an Audi, because a Bentley or Lamborghini uses the same parts.

Okay, I’ll admit this press release is a bit ridiculous. But i think they say the mascot is easily removable so they can take it off when they park so it’s not stolen. Not so they can flaunt it to their friends, that’s what they have a set of Bentley keys for.

Hood ornaments don’t belong on sports coupes. On top of that it doesn’t even look like it’d be worth $1,000.

Wow that price is almost a million for this Bentely but with Arden’s buffing works, especially the added 60 Hp this tuning may really works well with our favorite GTC.
