Bentley’s flagship car tourer was the first vehicle independently designed by Bentley in almost 80 years, so exterior modifications are few and far between. The new model has been built on a steel monocoque body structure combined with superformed aluminum front wings, an aluminum bonnet, aluminum doors with superformed structure, and extruded aluminum side impact beams.

At the front of the new Mulsanne Mulliner is a black matrix grille, twin bi-xenon projector headlamps with LED halo, and a pair of sweeping wing vents made from cast and polished stainless steel. The car sits on a new set of unique 21-inch, light aluminum alloy wheels with race‑derived, titanium fasteners, bright-finished rims, and 265/40 ZR21 tires. The 2-piece wheels are available in both painted and polished finishes, and exclusive to the Mulsanne Mulliner Driving Specification. They are also compatible with Bentley’s optional self-leveling wheel badges.

Competition

Bentley Mulsanne Mulliner Driving Specification

With Maybach out of the picture, Bentley has plenty of reasons and opportunity to create a luxurious and sporty vehicle aimed at the market Maybach has left wide open. That being said, there is still Rolls Royce to contend with. The Rolls Royce Ghost is gaining more territories with its powerful 6.6 liter twin-turbo V12 engine. This engine delivers 563 HP - a bit more than the Mulsanne. Bentley has one-upped the Ghost in the only way an automaker can: they have made the Mulsanne comfortable and exclusive.

The specs is nowhere near Rolls Royce, yeah.

Eh, I’m siding with Bentley though.

I already knew that Bentley will be this luxurious. What I didn’t expect from it is that its powerful output, and Rolls Royce will be their close competitor.

Bentley has yet to improve this for it to be able to beat Rolls Royce’s specs.

The interior is much more resonating a stylish appeal. It is its pride.

Unlike most people, I wouldn’t compare this with Rolls Royce. This has amazingly luxurious features regardless of the brand.

Now, this is how utterly luxurious looks like. Even so, I have to agree with the article. Rolls Royce is almost impossible to beat.

What I really like about this Bentley is the interior because of the elegance it manifests.

Bentley never loses the classy look on their cars; even if the image is kind of left behind, as I look at the interior part, it shows the elegant and fashionable appearance.

Looking at its exterior, it seems left behind in time but still elegant. The interior is even more luxurious. About its performance, it doesn’t have much force but its top speed is brilliant considering this is not a sports car.

The exterior isn’t flattering at all. However, the interior is amazingly luxurious! And its performance, with its powerful engine of course, is impressive.

Golden Bullet, I am also expecting an expensive amount from Mulsanne. Who knows we might be surprised that this finest car is actually affordable?

Timothy_Nives, it is elegant and very gorgeous, but for me, the center console seems very simple. Looking at that cozy little clock, fuel gauge and tachometer are impressive designed to fit and stand-out at the center-console.

For starters this is kind of fast for its type, it’s not even a racing car. The exterior and interior styles exude elegance. This luxury car really serves its purpose well as a mode of transport and form of entertainment inside.

You can’t say anything bad about this Mulsanne. Everything is almost perfect. It’s powerful engine and aggressive look are outstanding. For sure it’ll be expensive.

It seems like here is another very elegant car that’s going to have its debut on the forthcoming Geneva Motor Show. I hope it makes a good start for this car.
