2011 BMW M6 PD550 by Prior Design

  Review

Prior Design knows a thing or two about tuning BMW models, having done so with their previous works on the new 6-Series and the M5.

Taking their experiences in hand, the German tuning firm has introduced their new program for the BMW M6, one that features an astoundingly flashy lime widebody kit.

Among the features included in the M6 package include a new front bumper lip, a pair of fenders, a pair of side skirts, a rear spoiler, a roof spoiler, and a trunk spoiler. According to Prior Design, all the parts included in the program are from Dura-Flex Epoxy Fiber Reinforced Plastic. This particular material comes with a top-grade surface finish that provides above-standard flexibility and high stability. And as an added option, customers can also avail of a new quad-tip exhaust system with an exclusive lime green finish with black racing stripes running along the center of the entire vehicle.

The powertrain for the M6 remains untouched, but it shouldn’t make much of a difference, especially for a car that already features a 5.0-liter V10 engine. This engine produces 500 horsepower and 383 lb-ft of torque with a 0-60 mph time of just 4.5 seconds and a top speed of 155 mph.

The Green Color is really eye-catching. I was shocked that this car is so awesome.

I want to partner this BMW with a lick of salt and my shots of tequila! The color makes me drunk and ready to party! Yeah!

So special and unique styling. I really love the green paint of this magnanimous car. The engine performance is pretty cool, but I think they still need another engine upgrade.

It really looks cool on its green body paint even on its black graphics. Prior design truly did a great work on this. It’s a good thing as well that they use an impressive engine.

Wow! A green vehicle! It really looks so stunning and awesome on its body paint, even the black racing stripe on its exterior only adds more aggressive looks on it. Good thing as well that it has an impressive engine output.

I would say that the standard version of the car is already good to me. Well, the Prior Design has offer a modified exterior for the car. I’m glad that they have included an engine upgrade as well.

The green and black theme makes the car to look more aggressive but less appealing. The power output is kind of impressive for a v10 technology. The M package gives a superb aerodynamic kit for the car.

They don’t need to make some tweaks with this car because this is already powerful. The M6 is pretty cool with its designs, especially the wheels. I can say that green color is really attractive.

The horsepower of the car is kind of disappointing though it seems faster on 0-60 mph. I think they need to boost the power of the engine here for it can produced up to 600+ hp.
