Even if there have been plenty of aftermarket programs being done on the BMW 1-Series M Coupe, there's always room for more. After all, the car has been extremely popular in the short time that it's been released so there's a reason behind it's been a tuning favorite.

The latest to take a stab at the baby 1M Coupe is Manhart Racing, which built an aerodynamic and performance package for the sports car. The car has yet to be unveiled to the press, but courtesy of Bimmertoday, photos and details of Manhart Racing's work have been released. On the outside, the additions made include a new carbon fiber front spoiler lip, a rear diffuser, a new paint finish with Manhart-exclusive decals, a lowered suspension system, and a set of new 20" alloy wheels. Inside, Manhart dressed up the 1M Coupe with BMW->ke178 Performance bucket seats with orange contrast stitching.

As for the powertrain, the changes made to the 3.0-liter, twin-turbo inline-six cylinder include a remapped ECU program and the addition of a new sport exhaust system, bumping the output up from the standard 335 horsepower all the way up to 414 horsepower.

It's not the most powerful tuning program for the popular 1-Series M Coupe - TVW Car Design's work has the slight edge in the department - but it's still impressive and is definitely something BMW can be proud.
