2012 BMW 6-Series M-Sport

  Review

We are all used to BMW launching a new model and, sometime after, getting that model its very own M-Sport package. True to this statement, the company has already decorated the 6-Series with its sporty add-ons as proven by the first leaked image that found its way on the internet. The BMW 6-Series M-Sport’s official debut should be made any day at either the Shanghai or New York Auto Show.

There are still no other details on this package, but the M-Sport package usually adds a sportier appearance to the Beamer. Expect to see the usual M-Sport elements: front bumper, rear diffuser, side skirts, wheels, and dark chrome tail pipes. This leaked image also reveals larger air intakes and a set of LED foglights.

The same sportier treatment will also be applied to the interior with an exclusive Alcantara combination, an M leather steering wheel, M door sills, an M foot rest, an M shift knob, and sets of decorative trim for the dashboard and door panels.

UPDATE 07/01/2011: BMW has revealed the first official images and details on the BMW 6-Series equipped with the M Sport package. As you might have expected, the special package adds an M aerodynamic bodystyling package, 19-inch M light alloy wheels, dark chrome exhaust tailpipes, a High-gloss Shadowline exterior trim, and black brake calipers. For the interior, the BMW will get Anthracite headlining, an aluminum Hexagon trim, Sport seats, and an M Sport multi-function leather rimmed steering wheel.

The interior of this M-Sport really looks cool on the decorative trim that they use on it especially on its dashboard and door panels. Moreover, it looks very luscious on its body paint.

Yeah! I have to agree with that, but I hope that it could also offer an impressive and efficient engine that it is only appropriate for this kind of vehicle. By the way, its interior is cool as well.

Yeah, I would say that the figure performance of the car is kind of impressive! The aerodynamic kit of the vehicle was perfectly modified.

I would say that the speed performance of the car is quite amazing though I prefer the vehicle with the M package. I simply love the styling of the vehicle.

Well, I guess it would be better if they leave that color in Ferrari vehicle! The modified exterior is kind of impressive and I would be happier if they have boost the power output as well.

The current 6-series is 4 inch longer than the 5-series. Well, it seems that they have made an impressive styling for the aerodynamic kit of the car. It looks so neat in read paint job.

Well, even without the M-Sport, the 6-Series is still one of the best lines in BMW’s stable. But with this, they have really taken it to another level.

I wonder what would be the next model to receive the M-Sport package. The M5 would probably won’t be receiving that up until next year, but it would certainly be something to look forward to.
