In 2013, BMW->ke178 unveiled the 6 Series Gran Coupe and for 2014, Bimmer added all-wheel drive to the 640i, and improved the iDrive controls and 3D navigation across the model line. Despite its relative youth on the market, German tuner, Kelleners Sport, decided to tweak the four-door coupe.

Kelleners Sport started by updating the output level in the 640i and 640d->ke320, so both models now deliver 20-percent more power. For the 640d version the power was increased by 53 horsepower to a total of 366 horsepower, while the peak torque goes from 464 to 543 pound-feet. For the 640i, the tuner offers a power increase from 320 to 374 horsepower and the from 331 to 388 pound-feet of torque.

Alongside the power increase, Kelleners also offers a new exhaust system with four end pipes that considerable improve the acoustics of the engine.

BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe by Kelleners in Detail

Upgrades on the exterior include a comprehensive aerodynamic kit made in high-pressure polyurethane (PU-RIM). The kit includes new front and rear aprons, bonnet and wing attachments, front-spoiler lip, RS-style rear-apron insert and a matching rear spoiler. Kelleners also offeris lots of elements in carbon fiber, like the side moldings and the door-mirror casings.

The car sits on a set of wheels and customers can choose between 19 or 20-inch versions in "Hamburg," "Berlin" and "Munich" style wheels. Also available are 21-inch "Munich" forged-aluminum wheels. An optimized coilover suspension system helps the 6 Series Gran Coupe handle the twist with ease.

For the interior, the tuner offers numerous wood and chrome elements along with a variety of floor mats, steering wheels, aluminum foot rest and pedals.
