Britain has two great mini icons for the 60s: the skirt and the car. So now that the original BMC Mini is celebrating 50 years, the organizers of the Goodwood Festival of Speed decided it would be a good idea to promote the event by bringing the two icons back together. We couldn’t agree more.
First, we’ve got Danica Patrick in her 2009 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit spread. Second, we’re got a Shelby Cobra (replica). Now go grab a beer... BOOM! it’s a trifecta.

We don’t really have the details why Taťána Kuchařová, Miss World 2006, is posing with a Maserati Quattroporte S, but then again some great things in life don’t need explanation. Just sit back and enjoy two very beautiful things. There’s a few more pics after the jump.
There wasn’t a whole lot new coming out of the Thailand Auto Show (pretty much only the Ford Ranger made news there), but it may have been worth going just for the women.
