What you need:
- Use a wrench to loosen the lug nuts of the tire on all four tires of the car. Loosen a little bit; do not remove the lug nuts.
- Jack up the car by using for jack stands.
- Remove the lug nuts in a star pattern from the right side of the car (front and rear tire).
- Put the front tire on the back and the back tire on the front.
- Screw back on the lug nuts in a star pattern, tight as you can.
- Then remove the lug nuts in a star pattern from the left side of the car (front and rear tires).
- Put the front tire on the back and the back tire on the front.
- Screw back on the lug nuts in a star pattern, as tight as you can.
- Lowering one jack at a time, lower the car off the jacks.
- Tighten all the tires one more time, until you can no longer rotate the lug nut.
