2009 BMW Z4 renderings

Spy photographers already caught on testing the all new 2009 Z4. And here’s an official image or just a new rendering of the future Z4, a hard top convertible, similar to the SLK, or the much cheaper Miata.

In our preview of the 2009 Z4 we were telling you that the future sports car will be powered by three different choices of engines, and another one more powerful will come after. The first one is a 2.0-litre direct-injection with an output of 185 hp. The second one is a direct-injection 2.5-litre Inline-6 with a power of 231 hp. The third one is a Turbocharged 3.0-litre direct-injection rated at 321 hp. The more powerful one is a high-revving normally aspirated 4.0-litre V8 with an output of 450bhp.
