Barret Jackson Auction Car of the Day: 1968 Shelby GT500 Fastback

The Barret Jackson Auction Show has begun as of January 13, 2007 and the largest fetcher at the show so far this show is this beautiful Gold Mist with black interior 1968 Shelby GT500 Fastback Muscle Car, which has sold for a whopping $202,825.
I can justify this price for this car because to get something in as shape as good as this, you would have to warp back into the 1960’s. The car has a total of 64,266 miles and is registered in the Shelby Registry. Hopefully the owner of this beautiful vehicle will not be tempted to push the 428 Cobra Jet to much in order to keep the miles low on this baby and bring up its value for another possible sale in the future.
