Audi will launch 15 new models by 2011: starting with the small A1 and up to the Q3 SUV.

The Mini-attack will start in 2010 when Audi will launch the compact A1. It will be based on a modified version of the future PQ24 platform also found in the next generation Polo.

The end of 2011 will see the launch of the next generation A3; with a Sportback version to follow in 2012. There will be two new engines: a 1.6-liter TDI that will develop 105 hp and the new two-litre TFSI for the top of the line S3 with an output of 285 hp.

The Q3 will be launched in 2010; it will be 4.30 meters long - about 30 centimeters shorter than the current Q5 and at the beginning will only be launched as a AWD model (with FWD to come at a later date). Engines will rang from 170 hp to 354 hp for the sporty S version.

The A5 Convertible will come to replace the current A4 Convertible. A new generation A6 will be launched in 2011; and Avant version will follow in 2012.

In early 2010 Audi will launch a four-doors coupe version of the A7 (it will compete with Mercedes CLS). Also in 2010 we will see the new A8 - a larger version of the current A4, with a more classic design.

And the most expected ones are the three versions of the R8 sportscar: the V10, the TDI and the roadster version. The first one to be seen will be the R8 V10 version set to be launched in only four months. It will be followed by the roadster version; while the TDI version will come in 2011.
