A few years ago, noted Mercedes tuning firm Brabus released their monster of a sedan appropriately called ‘Rocket’. Back then, the Brabus Rocket blazed through the record books for posting a top speed of 227.26 miles per hour, becoming the fastest four-door saloon of its kind or size in the world. Five years after the last Brabus Rocket burned out hearts, the German tuning firm is gearing up for one pretty damn good sequel.
Now that Mercedes has a new CLS-Class ready to hit the streets, Brabus took one of these bad boys back to their shop to give it their own, shall we say, ‘interpretative modifications’. The result, ladies and gentlemen, is the new Brabus Rocket.
Details behind the new Rocket have yet to be revealed – Brabus is saving the surprise for Geneva – so we’re just going to have to settle for waiting a few more days before we can get a good look at what could be another record-breaking four-door sedan. In the meantime, do check out these teaser photos of the new Rocket courtesy of Brabus. It doesn’t show a whole lot, but it does tell us one clearly important thing: the new Brabus Rocket has finally arrived.
