2015 Ford Mustang GT

For the first time since the 1980s, Ford is offering an in-line four-cylinder engine in the Mustang, in the form of a 2.3-;liter Ecoboost unit. However, we're more interested in the 5.0-liter V-8 that powers the 2015 Mustang GT. According to Ford, this V-8 puts down "at least" 420 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque. The car can be had with a proper manual gearbox, much to the liking of enthusiasts.

The biggest change however, is the suspension. The Mustang->ke428 now uses a suspension setup that is more in-tune with time. Yes, we finally have a Mustang with a independent setup on the rear. This should give it a more planted feel when tossed around corners.

Inside, the Mustang's cabin has been redesigned along classic lines. In here, the Mustang features round air-conditioning vents and twin-brows on the dashboard. It retains the twin-dial instrument cluster, as well as the three-spoke steering wheel with a large, round central hub.

The 2015 Ford Mustang is modern and stylish, but it also remains true to its roots. Without the classic design touches, the car would have been incomplete. No wonder the world still loves the original Mustang.
