9ff-tuned porsche 911 gt9-r finds its way on jameslist picture

The exotic car classified ads known as Jameslist has a new addition to its fleet: a 9ff-tuned Porsche 911-based GT9-R.

Numbered 00/20 – the ‘00’ means that it’s a prototype – the 9ff 911 is about as exclusive a car as you can find anywhere on the planet. And the price tag attached to it seems to think so too.

For a chance to own this rare beast, the owner has to fork over around $1.1 million. Too steep of a price tag, you say?

Well, consider first that it’s rare. Once you’ve gone past that, you can move on to the fact that it has a twin-turbo 4.0-liter engine that produces an output of 1,120 horsepower.

Still not convinced? Well then, here’s the clincher. With that much power under its hood, the 9ff 911has a top speed of 257 mph and can go flat out with a 0-60 time of 2.9 seconds. Yes, 2.9 seconds.

That price tag’s looking more and more justified, doesn’t it?

There is no doubt, that car will find its way on the Jamelist. It is kinda rare I must say.

Pretty fair price I guess for such power under it’s hood and such cool and limited design. Well, even though I think it will still get more expensive as people bid on it, I’m sure that there will still be a bloke or two out there that will consider buying this car. It is a supercar and that much power and speed that it brings is enough to make other cars eat dust.
