The exotic car classified ads known as Jameslist has a new addition to its fleet: a 9ff-tuned Porsche 911-based GT9-R. Numbered 00/20 – the ‘00’ means that it’s a prototype – the 9ff 911 is about as exclusive a car as you can find anywhere on the planet. And the price tag attached to it seems to think so too. For a chance to own this rare beast, the owner has to fork over around $1.1 million. Too steep of a price tag, you say? Well, consider first that it’s rare. Once you’ve gone past that, you can move on to the fact that it has a twin-turbo 4.0-liter engine that produces an output of 1,120 horsepower. Still not convinced? Well then, here’s the clincher. With that much power under its hood, the 9ff 911has a top speed of 257 mph and can go flat out with a 0-60 time of 2.9 seconds. Yes, 2.9 seconds. That price tag’s looking more and more justified, doesn’t it? .

Well, even though I think it will still get more expensive as people bid on it, I’m sure that there will still be a bloke or two out there that will consider buying this car. It is a supercar and that much power and speed that it brings is enough to make other cars eat dust.
