A race track in a brief case!
What do you by the car racing fanatic who has everything? Well the answer is the Mini Kart Course manufactured by Pro Idee in Germany.
This fantastic little toy in a silver metal case has everything that a grand prix fan could ever want, built to a scale of 1:87 the detail is quite astonishing, the track winds around the countryside and has several straights to really hammer down before entering in a series of complex curves and bends, the two cars can race against each other along to two metre long track using the stop watch that is also provided along with tress and other scenery.
The nine volt battery can last for up to five hours, so those long commutes on the train will never be the same again and when the racing is over it packs neatly away again nobody would ever know what was in the case, I think that this is the ultimate in boys toys and with a price tag of €598 not every one will have it.
