According to Inside Line, Alfa Romeo is headed to the Geneva Motor Show in March and it’s going to bring with them three variants of the future-generation 159. It seems fitting that with the brand’s 100th anniversary in the horizon, Alfa Romeo is taking an aggressive approach in showing the auto industry the direction their planning to take this year and in the future. With the three models of the famed 159 line expected to be completely distinct from one another and will be separately created from Alfa Romeo’s three design facilities in Stile Bertone, Pininfarina, and Italdesign Giugaro.

While no official confirmation has been disclosed regarding what type of car the three firms are expected to come out with, IL said that the 159 two-door coupe will most likely come from Bertone, while Pininfarina will be tasked to create the drop-top version and Italdesign Guigiaro will be creating the four-door sedan variant. It’s anyone’s guess exactly what these cars will look like and Alfa Romeo has yet to make a formal announcement on their plans heading to Geneva. Nevertheless, this piece of information is surely going to draw up buzz for the brand as it gears up for its centennial anniversary later on in the year.
