The tuner obtain an astonishing 1130 hp from the 2.0 liter 4 cylinder engine. Tested at a drag race the AMS Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII ran the quarter mile in 8.56 seconds at a top speed of 171 mhp. No words about the street legality of the vehicle. .

 HAHA! American V8s can barely achieve early 10s on the 1/4 mile. Whoever thinks that they can outrun this superb supercar deserves to get their a*s kicked.
This is good but there is also a second generation EVO pumping 1200hp at the flywheel and 1000hp at all wheels.
