Audi goes midget

Audi will introduce the subcompact A1 as a 2009 model, with production targeted at 100,000 vehicles, according to a breaking report on the Dow Jones financial newswire. The A1 will be produced at a plant in Brussels, Belgium which will also produce the Audi A3 and several Volkswagen models.
