Australian Army unveiled at Australia’s Summernats car show an unique performance vehicles: the Land Rover Armygeddon six-wheeled hotrod. The cost of the vehicle was $350.000 (I would have bought three Audi R8) and will be used to attract new recruits.

Performance comes from a 7.0L Chevrolet V8 that delivers a thundering 700hp! Extensive modifications to the drivetrain and suspension were required and trade trainees also built the custom rear tray. This is the third year the Australian Army has participated in Summernats and for 2007 the Armygeddon was sporting a new camouflage paint job.
