Bentley Brooklands a real succes: half allready sold out

Bentley Brooklands made its North American debut at New York Auto Show. And just four weeks after the luxury Coupe was first unveiled to the public, more than half of the first year’s production of about 140 cars are now reserved.

Brooklands will be limited to only 550 units. Production will start in 2008 and will be entirely hand-built. The car will be priced at more than $400,000.

The new Bentley Brooklands possesses the most powerful V8 the company has ever produced – a 530bhp, twin-turbocharged 6.75-litre unit that also produces a prodigious 1050Nm of torque.
