Callaway C16 Cabrio to be unveiled at NYIAS

Callaway Cars has announed that they will unveil the C16 Convertible at New York International Auto Show. The C16 Convertible is based on the current Chevrolet Corvette platform and will feature a 6-speed, paddle-shift automatic transmission.

The Callaway C16 Cabrio will be powered by a supercharged 6.0 liter V8 engine that will deliver arround 560 hp. Also, Callaway will offer a Performance Package that will deliver 616 hp at 6200 rpm and 582 lbs-ft at 4750 rpm. It will make the 0 to 60 mph sprint in 3.5 seconds and will have a top speed of more than 200 mph.
