Philadelphia 76ers center Andrew Bynum - yeah, he's not a Los Angeles Laker anymore - is a pretty tall dude at 7'0", but even with all that length, not to mention the bulk of being close to 300 lbs, the 24-year old certainly has a pretty strong affinity for top-of-the-line supercars.

As we previously showed in the last installment of Car and Athlete, athletes with this kind of financial security have become more adept at splurging their dollars on something as insatiably satisfying as a limited edition model. Andrew Bynum fits into this mold because the man is more than just a highly-paid basketball player; he's got the garage to back it up too.

So have you ever wondered what kind of cars Bynum has in his garage? True to his reputation as one of the most popular auto enthusiasts in the world, Bynum's list of cars run long and impressive.

Find out what kind of cars Andrew Bynum has tried to fit his seven-foot frame into after the jump.

Ferrari F430

A new season, a new supercar. That seemed to have been the thinking of Andrew Bynum when, before the start of the 2010 NBA season, he decided to treat himself to a Ferrari F430 that came with 20" Forgiato Martellato wheels with a brushed center and a polished lip. Some people have the silliest ways to get back to the groove of things. In the case of Bynum, it's buying splendid Italian exotics.

Porsche TECHART GT Street R

One of Bynum's latest toys is the new Porsche TECHART GT Street R, a car that's notable not only for its bold aerodynamic modifications, but more importantly, for its 700 horsepower and 650 lb/ft of torque output. The latter comes as a result of Techart’s new TA 097/T3 power kit, which, when fitted with the 911 Turbo’s 3.8 liter six-cylinder bi-turbo engine, hits that seismic increase in pony power.

Nissan GT-R

Bynum's Nissan GT-R->ke1592 was actually featured in an issue of SuperStreet Magazine. While that's impressive in its own right, we kind of dig the fact that Bynum took the time to have Godzilla fitted with a widebody kit, a full exhaust system, custom wheels, and a COBB AccessPORT system that enabled the GT-R to increase its output to an impressive 580 horsepower.

Dodge Challenger SRT8 (Wide Body)

When Andrew Bynum won his first title with the Lakers back in 2009, he celebrated it the only way he knew how: by buying a car. Even better, Bynum asked the fine folks of Platinum Motorsports to give his Challenger SRT8 a Lakers-inspired aftermarket program. The result is a car that not only has a new wide body kit with 24" Forgiato wheels, but also has an 8" lip and blacked out taillights. Guess, he doesn't have much use for that ride anymore...

Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano

Not content with just one Ferrari, Bynum decided that having two was better. So, to partner with his F430, he decided to score a 599 GTB Fiorano that also came with its fair share of aftermarket goodies, including a new set of 22" Carbon Fiber Forgiato Maglia wheels.

BMW M6

We actually posted a video a couple of years back of Bynum giving us the lowdown on this insanely-tuned BMW M6->ke208, complete with a G-Power Stage 3 exhaust system that increases the car's horsepower to over 820 horsepower from the standard 500+ horsepower. By the way, this car also has a carbon fiber roof, a set of lightweight performance wheels, customized Brembo Brakes, a new two-tone black and white paint job, and red leather seats.
