Cars 2: New trailer released

Whether you are a child or a child at heart, it seems that everyone can’t seem to wait for Cars 2 to be released. We can’t speed up the process any more than we can convince Ferrari to give us a 458 Italia , but we can give you another glimpse of what’s to come when the sequel hits theaters in June 2011.

In the new Cars 2, Lightning McQueen and his buddy Mater, head far away from Radiator Springs to compete in the very first installment of the World Grand Prix. But before actually competing they will also have to save the world from the bad guys. Just a typical day in the life of a race car driver, right?

During this crazy melting pot of race car driver meets James Bond meets goofy sidekick, Disney Pixar is also releasing a whole round of new characters ready to tickle our funny bone when the movie comes out in Summer 2011. Just another reason to welcome the heat this summer!

Watch the trailer after the jump.

Absolutely, this would be an another adventure for Lightning McQueen and Mater. This is actually a contrary to the theme of Transformer and Fast and The Furious!lol

haha! Seems there’s a lot off fun here! The trailer was so cool and funny! I bet watching this on cinema would be more exciting!

Wow, cant wait to see the movie. New characters and new elements, it can only be made better. Its still the best movie, and my kids love watching it everyday.

This trailer made me emotional & excited...cant wait any more...need to watch it & enjoy as early as possible....

I loved the first version of Cars. I hope Cars 2 out beats the earlier one. Animation movies are no longer for kids, they caught the older audience too.

This one is definitely a must watch. I really loved the first movie (even though I was just forcible brought along by my little brother), so I am looking forward to the second one.

Well now, Pixar is really bent on making this movie really look good and interesting, even for older audiences. Definitely going to watch this one.

Hey, the trailer actually looks rather interesting. I am really not into these CG cartoon movies, but I must admit that I did find the first one rather amusing, so I am looking forward to the sequel.
