The 2011 Camaro has just come out and already Chevrolet is working on a little bit of a facelift. Actually, they have started to focus on the old saying, "It's what's on the inside that counts," rather than the superficial aspect of outward beauty. Okay, we're done with that cheesy analogy. What we're trying to say is that Chevrolet->ke199 is working on improving the Camaro's interior. Sources say the new inner parts should make their appearance in 2012.

A GM insider said that the company is currently working on a substantially reworked interior for the Camaro. Even if he didn't list all the changes, he did confirm that significant changes will be made to the dash and specifically that big expanse of blackness in front of the passenger. We guess this is just what the Camaro needed to compete against the much more modern Ford Mustang, but we thought the Camaro looked just fine the way it was. We can't fight the technology wars though.

Also - do our ears, uhh eyes, deceive us - the Camaro Z28 has been hinted at for a launch in 2012. We are currently jumping up and down in our chairs while throwing confetti and singing, "I Feel Good..Ta-nana-nana-nana!" We've been waiting for this since about, we don't know, 2002 when the car ceased production.
