Designer reveals new-look Lamborghini Miura Nuovo Concept

The auto industry has had a lot of ‘what-ifs’ attached to it and if the pendulum would have swung the other way, you would think that the present make-up of the industry would be different.

One of these ‘what-ifs’ that we couldn’t escape asking concerns the legendary Lamborghini Miura and we’ve asked ourselves time and again,

“What if Lamborghini brought back the Miura in the present time? What kind of car would it be?”

Well, it may not have come straight from Lamborghini themselves, but at least one designer seems to have an idea as to what it should look like.
His design concept, which he’s calling the “Lamborghini Miura Nuovo”, should give us an indication as to how one of history’s greatest cars should look when it’s reborn in 2010. Of course, this is nothing more than just a design rendering but given the original Miura’s mid-rear V12 engine, you would think that an engine like that, coupled with a timeless name like ‘Miura’, is sure to attract its fair share of attention.

I got your point but the question is “what if”? Well, I don’t think that Lamborghini will goes this car into production for they are afraid that it will ruined their current status! And I don’t wan to see a production of this ca either!

For me I don’t like it! I prefer the traditional look of the Lamborghini and I don’t want to change it into this one. This car doesn’t look so appealing and I bet its not also powerful.

Well for me the design is cool, yet there’s a suffocating thing inside it. I mean the space doesn’t seems comfortable. But the design is neat.

if this would be the new body trims and looks of the Lamborghini for sure many will react on it.

I don’t think that they should bring back the Miura as it is great as the way it is back then. It would be great to see a fully restored Miura car though.

Anthony, don’t be ignorant. This was done outside of Lamborghini and in fact, the Miura has already been designed IN HOUSE at Lambo headquarters. There was a concept released 4 years ago.

I bet that this design won’t make it into production, looks odd and ugly.
