What happen when you drive with 127 mph in a 35 mph zone and you got caught by the police? Well, nothing much, just that the police will take your car and make it a “law car”.

This is how a chasing ended on Essington Road when the police was running after a 2000 Dodge Viper speed up a little too much. The driver was eventually charged with felony fleeing and eluding police, while his car became the property of the Plainfield Police Department.

The driver wanted his car garaged, but the police had another plans for it: is now ready to serve as the department's new D.A.R.E. car.
