Cadillac has announced at the Frankfurt Motor Show that the DTS and STS sedans will be replaced by one premium-luxury sedan. Also the company is working on an entry-level vehicle priced around $28,000.

In the last few months, the DTS and SDS are seriously down compared with 2006, as a result the company decided: "We don't need two entries there anymore, given the shrinkage of that segment."

The new model will combine the best attributes of both and eventually fill that segment.
