The future "Transformers 3" movie is currently filming in Chicago and if you happen to be in the area then you might want to stop by and check out the scene. On the lot are all of the Autobots and Decepticons in all of their glory, but we are not just talking about Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, Ironhide and Ratchet. There are two new European Autobots that have been added to the list for the third series of the movie.
One is a Ferrari 458 Italia and the other is a Mercedes-Benz E-Class. The official names for the two cars have not been released yet, but knowing that these two vehicles will be joining the AutoBots club make the movie that much more awesome.
As for the Decepticons, there will be three new NASCAR racecars outfitted with mountains of guns on the hoods and fenders all over their body.
Transformers 3 will be out in theaters starting July 1st, 2011, so we’ll have to wait about a year to see these beauties in action, but we’ll keep our eyes out for any trailers or pictures that will give us an insight on the latest vehicular heroes.
