Ferrari F430 gets Scuderia-style Exhaust System from ASI

Moving onto more modern things, you might remember back in June Top Speed reported on the Japanese tuning house ASI upgrading the Ferrari F430 and more recently proposed a modified 458 Italia . But until Ferrari’s newest mid engine super car becomes readily available ASI will have to settle for meddling around with what they already have, and when what you got is an F430, things cant be so bad. However as is the world of tuning, there is room for improvement on even the most capable of Italian exotics, taking a page out of the Scuderia’s catalog, ASI has fabricated a new high mount exhaust system that spits the spent gasses closer together and through the back bumper of the screaming Ferrari. The unit was developed in collaboration with the track specialists Ito Racing, it is made of stainless steel and features a pair of titanium tips for a more refined appearance. The free flowing exhaust will offer owners more power give the F430 a very unique exhaust note, and all it will cost them is $9000.

Does the new Exhaust System for this car makes it more powerful? Well, I think the price of this package is kind of expensive.

I wonder if there’s a current production for this car? Well, I was impressed with the elegance and awesomeness of this car!

The engine performance of the Italia is kind of impressive and if the Ferrari Scuderia would be based from this model I bet it would be a powerful model. Aside from that the styling and matte color of the vehicle makes it sportier.

Weight is really a big issue when it comes to the speed performance of the car. Ferrari have two options in order to reduced the weight of the car, either they change the engine or used a lighter materials on the car.

Does it mean that the performance of this car is already increase? Wow! I think this car performs better since it was installed with a new exhaust system. BTW, I like the detailing in the back hood of this car.

Please don’t be mistaken for repeating the word of “ annoying Clarkson” but I guess what he said is true..and it quoted “Any car which holds together for more than a race is too heavy”.

As sport car aficionados I really hate those thing that add up weight on the car. It lessen the speed and torque of the car. And based from what we all know, sport car sale because of torque. So I guess, Ferrari F430 has learned it lesson and trimmed it for this past few years. Well, that’s a good news but I think its not yet enough they need to lessen the weight more or much better they have to convert this car to an economic car.

$9000 is very reasonable for a tune-up. That’s why if you have a Ferrari, expected to throw up money on it because you can do a lot of improvement on that car and also if you’re a car enthusiast, well you will consider to upgrade your Ferrari just to increase the value of it or just a passion for it.
