Ferrari seeks Italian criminal prosecution of McLaren

Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Ferrari will be lodging a request with legal authorities in Modena for a criminal prosecution under Italian law of team McLaren. According to the report, Ferrari will file a six page complaint tomorrow morning in Modena, Ferrari’s home town.
