After several years of working, Henrik Fisker—former Aston Martin designer delivered the first 2007 Fisker Latigo CS V10 sports cars at the Rodeo Drive Concours d’Elegance in tony Beverly Hills, California. It is the first car from a total of 50 units that are going to be built.
The Fisker Latigo is based on a donor BMW 6 Series or M6 chassis and is powered by a V8 engine with a maximum output of 360 hp. A more powerful version is powered by a V10 engine with 648 hp. The first Latigo, powered by the V10 engine, makes the 0 to 60 mph sprint in just 3.9 seconds.
“Hand craftsmanship is at the forefront of this coach-build design. Coach-building is an art form,” said Fisker. “We can deliver what many auto enthusiasts have been seeking—attention to detail, which complements the already proven performance.”
Pricing are as follows: $199,000 (which includes the cost of the donor car) for the 360-hp V8 and head up to $304,000 for the 648-hp Latigo CS V10 Convertible.
