It seems that around Halloween people’s imagination is simply going crazy.Take this Mustang GT for example spotted in Ukraine, and they don’t even celebrate Halloween!

The car look like and an ex-murder’s car: it is painted with blood and their is an arm on the hood!

Good point on this design is the color combination, it’s perfect because black is more ahead than red. I remember the movie "Halloween" on this car. What I don’t like about it is the yellow lines that wrapped around the Mustang GT. Maybe if it’s a rope, that’s is acceptable and good for the Halloween concept.
