Press release World Champion Drifter Vaughn Gittin Jr. is excited to introduce a new generation of the Ford Mustang to the world – the Mustang RTR. Along with designer Caleb Clark and the help of Classic Design Concepts, Vaughn has successfully brought his ultimate vision to life in the form of this modern, aggressively-styled Mustang with the perfect mixture of performance upgrades for any spirited driver. The Mustang RTR will be available in multiple color combinations at select Ford dealerships nationwide beginning in February of 2010. This package will first be available with the 2010 Ford Mustang GT; however, a V6 version will be soon to follow. Performance upgrades include a Ford Racing calibration with K&N high-flow air filter (+9HP), Falken FK452 performance tires, Ford Racing damper kit with 1.5 inch lowering springs, Baer drilled and slotted rotors, and extremely throaty mufflers that leave no doubt that the Mustang RTR is Ready to Rock. "There is no question that Mustang’s performance, quality and looks have evolved straight from the factory," says Vaughn Gittin Jr. "However, the majority of the Mustang aftermarket has not fully followed the progression with regards to aesthetics. I saw the need to get something out there that was different from traditional Mustang styling. Something that could open up a new set of eyes to the already-incredible Ford Mustang, while keeping the current Mustang enthusiast smiling." The current estimated price for the RTR package mentioned above is $7,800. The Mustang RTR will be displayed at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas at the K&N Filters booth # 22443 November 3-6, 2009. 1 comments: Ford Mustang RTR by Vaughn Gittin Jr.
