Future BMW 1M spied testing

Spy photographers caught the future BMW 1M revealing its real bumper, widened fenders, integrated duckbill trunk spoiler, upgraded M wheels, and large brakes with cross-drilled rotors. The car will be unveiled in mid 2011 and wil stay in production until 2013. A Coupe and Cabrio version will be launched in 2013.

Under the hood, we will see BMW’s latest six cylinder N55 with twin-turbo technology and both manual and M DCT transmissions.

The car will feature a central duct, brake air ducts, an additional two ducts on the bonnet, two air intakes on the front wings for a typical M look, and the bar that incorporates the side indicator light.

From what we know of the BMW 1M, it’s looking like we will be receiving 350hp leading us to believe it will stand to compete with the Audi TT-RS amd the Nissan 370Z . Hmmmm...which will we choose?

BMW market is smart enough to know that 1 series will be lost against 3 series, there is a high margin between them. Losing 3-series sales is so bad but loosing 3 series sales to other company is the worst.

Such an engine is a long way off, but in a couple of years, BMW will launch a bi-fuel version of the 7 Series, capable of running on hydrogen or gasoline.

Safety and reliability are also central to Mercedes’ core values, but Multhaupt places a greater emphasis on comfort. While Freymann cannot countenance the thought of a driver less BMW, Multhaupt is happy to consider the concept of a Mercedes that, in certain circumstances, drives itself.

30 grand might be a very expensive tag for a car but for an authentic classic like the Shelby Cobra body and chassis, I’d say it could have been priced more. Considering the amount of imitators or replica makers out there, having an original body and chassis is still a good edge, even if people wont get to notice it when the original and replica is showcased together.

M1 doesn’t need to be spied on because they will release it sooner than we expected.

What the hell are you talking about? All BMW cars and suvs have been perfected as of this time.

Well after a long, long renderings finally m1 has already made it into perfection.
