A month after it was announced that the Spanish supercar was also making an appearance at the new Need for Speed movie, the Spano is making it 2 out of 2 for the Need for Speed->ke3700 franchise. It's a great way for the Spano to get some much-needed publicity after being largely in the shadows of more popular competitors. But one thing we do know is that the Spano is all sorts of ridiculous and it deserves its turn in the spotlight.

Being in the new Need for Speed game accomplishes that. It's not so much the fact that the franchise is one of the most popular and successful video games in history, having sold 150 million copies in its long and storied existence, but it's also how NFS has managed to successfully cross over into other media platforms, like the NFS movie that's scheduled to hit theaters this week. And guess what; the Spano is one of the main supercars->ke177 featured in the film.

The Spanish sports car will be joined by other cars in the “Need for Speed Rivals, Movie Cars Pack,” and will be available in a digital format for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

GTA Spano

Manufactured by Spanish company Spania GTA, the GTA Spano first made its appearance at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show->ke228 and since then, it has established a reputation as one of the most hard-to-get supercars in the world.

Being limited to just 99 vehicles does that to you; as does the fact that the supercar comes powered with a 8.3-liter supercharged V-10 engine that produces 900 horsepower and 737 pound-feet of torque.

The Spano is also capable of hitting 0 to 62 mph in just 2.9 seconds to go with a top speed of 217 mph.
