Here it is! The 2013 SRT Viper

The SRT Viper ’s debut is still 12 hours away, but it was highly unlikely that the highly anticipated return of the Viper would stay secret until then. The first two images of the car have surfaced on the internet and they confirm what everyone has been saying for quite some time: the new generation Viper’s design will pay tribute to the original Viper and will be sleeker, smoother, and even more impressive than before.

These first two images show off just that and although we haven’t seen the full frontal view just yet, we anticipate that the new generation Viper will undoubtedly be on our list for "Car of the Year!"

As a reminder, it is believed that the new Viper will be powered by an 8.7 liter V10 engine - the largest engine ever used in a Chrysler production car - so expect to see a phenomenal output! The car will go into production in late 2012 as a 2013 model, with the first five units being offered to members of the Viper Club of America.

More details will be revealed tomorrow during its official debut in New York, so stay tuned!

If you take a look at Dodge’s original version, you would see that this one has sufficed every single quality that it lacked in.

Is this for real? Is it the new Viper? It looks inviting, and I hope that we can hear the confirmation from the Viper itself.

I think it looked a lot better now.

Finally, the Viper shows up, and I love it more than before.

Without a doubt, this is my most favorite piece of automotive ever.

The best Viper that I’ve seen so far. You got to love this guy.

I actually had not liked it at first, but its look grew on me. Now I see it as one vicious but sleek running automotive.

The judgment that revolves around it being the car of the year is sort of absurd; yes, it is ideal in each of its qualities, but it isn’t proven the best yet.

It’s uncertain yet if this newcomer is truly the car of the year, but I must say that it has the qualities to be the one. It possesses that captivating aggressive look, and that impressive powerful engine.

I’ll admit that I doubted its looks, but upon seeing it clearly, I must say that the prejudice of others had been right. Its attractive in its own aggressive way, so I think I’ll have no complaints if this will be the car of the year.

2013 isn’t even near the end; there are still chances for others to produce a more impressive supercar. Besides, I don’t think it’s been tested yet.

I think it’s too early for me to list this on the “Car of The Year” candidates. It is undeniably powerful according to the stated performance, but we haven’t actually gotten a good view of it yet, nor a clear shot of its physique.
