The new coupe will be offered standard with a front-wheel-drive layout the familiar 2.4 Liter 4-cylinder engine making around 200 HP. There will also be a Type-S version, powered by a turbocharged 2.3 Liter engine making 260 HP. These engines will most likely be mated to DSG double clutch transmission and the Japanese automaker’s Super Handling-All Wheel Drive (SH-AWD) will be offered as an option.
The couple-like TSX will be launched in 2010 and will land somewhere in between the TL and TSX in the Japanese luxury car maker’s line-up.
