Retro seems to be the name of the game at this year's SEMA as a few tuners are heading towards the past to recreate some revivals of previous models. We've already heard about the Chevrolet Camaro T-Top being displayed by Drop Top Customs, but the people responsible for last year's HPP Daytona having something else to throw at us. At this year's SEMA Auto Show HPP Heide Performance Products is at it again with two new projects: a new Trans Am prototype and a customized Chevrolet Camaro. And, hey, if they want to throw in the girls as part of the display too, we wouldn't mind.

The only information we have on the two cars at the moment is what is shown on the images provided. The Trans-Am concept is based on the chassis of a Chevrolet Camaro->ke248 and is a revival of the 1970s Pontiac Trans Am Ram Air III. Here they have added some white exterior paint and a couple of blue racing stripes that make this model look even better than the original.

We'll find out more about these two projects when we hit the showroom floor at the 2010 SEMA Auto Show, so stay with us and we'll keep you posted!
