At Detroit Auto Show, in January, General Motors will unveil a Hummer H4 Concept vehicle. The model will be a smaller truck that will compete with the Jeep Wrangle and will go on sale in 2010. Also a H3 pickup will be available in 2009: "They want to broaden the product lineup for Hummer because they have had quite a degree of success with the H3 SUV," says Erich Merkle, director of forecasting at IRN Inc. in Grand Rapids, Mich. "The H2, in this environment, is too large. It’s overkill." 3 comments: Hummer H4 Concept to be unveiled at Detroit Auto Show The H-4 to compete with the Jeep Rubicon? That is laughable! If you didn’t know, the Rubicon has "two solid axles" with loads of suspension articulation and with two selectable "LOCKERS".And the H-4 is going to compete with the Rubicon? with an independant suspension princess? The H-1 is a true off roader but the h-2 and 3 are watered down!If I were given one I would love it! I bet it will be a rebadged colorado but with a shorter wheel base.I am anticipating this princess with no expectations because I know it will !
