Hyundai Genesis Coupe - first car crash

Hyundai seems to have unintentionally preformed a real-world crash test. This 2009 Genesis Coupe carashed into a light pole somwhere in Korea. Facts of the accident include the car was wearing temporary plates and the airbags did not deploy in this severe crash. This leads us to the conclusion this is a pre-production car that was possibly out for testing.

It seems that other safety systems on the car, like crumple zones, still work well. For the general public that means Hyundai may have made a very safe car, when all of it is working.
