The Lamborghini Aventador has finally been spotted on US soil. What’s even better is that there were actually two of these supercars seen together: one black and one white. The two Aventadors were being driven at Lamborghini Giro 2011 which takes place from June 11-15, 2011. Giro brings together like-minded Lamborghiniowners from the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Brazil to enjoy the rugged scenery and spectacular driving of Arizona and Nevada. The four-night drive program takes place in Phoenix, Sedona, and Las Vegas, with outstanding luxury at each of the scheduled hotel accommodations. The Lamborghini Aventadoris powered by a new 6.5-liter V12 engine with an AWD layout that produces 700 HP at 8,250 rpm and 509 lb-ft at 5,500 rpm. This engine will be able to get from 0-60 mph in just 2.9 seconds while blasting off a top speed of 217 mph. Sales will begin in late summer 2011 at a price of $379,700. .
6 comments: Lamborghini Aventador hits US roads If I am right, a lot of the Aventador units that would be shipped into the States have already been signed up to their owners months before. So there would really be not a lot of units left to be grabbed.
 Wow, so they were finally able to bring the Aventador into the States. Well, that one is certainly a good news> and I think the rich ones are probably lining up to buy the car now.
 Wow! This is great! Who is the driver and owner of this one? If I’m not mistaken, he/she is the first person to drive the Lamborghini Aventador in the US land.
 I’m just wondering of they have used new specs for US market or its the same car that hits the road of the Canada, Mexico, and Brazil? BTW, I’m glad that the figure performance of this car is great!
 haha. Too bad for the US that they are the last one to try on this high speed performing car. However, I’m glad that they got a chance to experience the fun driving with Aventador.
